Emphasis is placed on safety, a thorough understanding of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Rules and Regulations in the operation of heavy-duty tractor/trailer equipment, and defensive driving techniques necessary in developing skill levels required to pass the Commercial Driver's License examination.
